I found H2O on Google, and I’m really glad I did. I’ve been managing the chemicals in my pool myself for a while, and it’s been a real headache—testing the water, scrubbing every corner, and maintaining the filters on my own. The main reason I reached out to them is that I’m scheduled for spine surgery next month and won’t be able to do any of the maintenance. When I explained my situation, they scheduled me right away—and to my surprise, the owner showed up with one of his team members. It’s rare to see an owner working alongside his crew, and it really shows the level of dedication this company has.
